A couple uses the woman's natural signs to detect fertility during her cycle. Unnatural forms of birth control can harm a woman's body and damage her fertility. NFP is safe, healthy, effective and immediately reversible. NFP is used with great success by couples trying to concieve. For more details read about the Advantages of NFP.

STM has been proven to be 99% effective in postponing pregnancy! The Rhythm Method relied on estimating fertilty based on previous cycle history. It provided no awarerness for women with irregular cycles and has not been taught since the 1960s.  What is Included in the Class Cost? The course fee includes three class sessions, "The Art of NFP Student Guide", a basal digital thermometer, charts and all materials required to start using the method. It also includes personal counseling, a one year membership in CCL and their bi-monthly newsletter, "Family Foundations". Please contact teaching couple for the current class price.
Better Marriages! Couples report that NFP is a marriage building experience! The use of periodic abstinence helps keep their relationships fresh, improves communication and gives the couple a deeper respect for each other. Married couples that use NFP have a less than 5% divorce rate!  What is the New Method? The Couple to Couple League introduced a new streamlined method in 2008. It has simplified rules and new easy to use charts.
